Information used by OaScript
OaScript uses account information, profile details, content you publish, interactions such as follows and comments, messages required to provide the inbox, purchase records, support requests and technical information needed to operate and secure the service.
Public content
Published books, public author profiles, public forum content and public social posts may be visible without signing in and may be indexed or previewed by search engines and social platforms.
Analytics, advertising and cookies
OaScript may use analytics and advertising technologies, including Google products, to understand usage, measure performance and support advertising. These services may use cookies or similar technologies. Where consent is legally required, an appropriate consent-management mechanism should be presented before relevant advertising storage or processing occurs.
Payments
Payment processing is handled by payment providers. OaScript should not store raw payment-card numbers or CVV values. Transaction references and purchase entitlements may be retained to deliver purchased books and maintain records.
Your choices
Account and notification controls are available in Settings. Users can update profile information, change notification preferences and use the available account controls.
